Dispatcher / Customer Service Agent
| Job Description | Provide customer service support for inbound calls and book reservations for limousine, sedan, and buses. |
| Responsibilities | Receive inbound telephone calls from customers booking reservations and service. Radio dispatch current days reservations to drivers. Assign drivers to vehicles. |
| Abilities | PC Windows experience; experience with Aleph reservation system a plus. |
| Reports To | Dispatch Shift Supervisor |
| Shifts | Morning, Afternoon, & Night Shifts are available. |
